Our Mission and Purpose
Team MPM 692 LTD is a dedicated 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to enhancing community safety. We equip Fire and EMS personnel with critical, advanced training and education programs that department budgets can no longer support.
Honoring FF Mason P. Murphy's legacy
Founded in memory of Manchester Firefighter Mason P. Murphy, who passed away suddenly on February 16, 2020, our foundation carries his spirit of service forward. Mason took immense pride in his medical skills and his duty to protect others. Today, we honor his devotion by ensuring every firefighter and paramedic has the knowledge and resources to perform at their absolute best.
Bridging the first responder training gap
When municipal budgets face reductions, specialized training is often one of the first essentials cut. We exist to close that dangerous gap. By offering advanced clinical education, simulation drills, and hands-on workshops, we ensure the brave men and women serving our towns are prepared for high-stakes emergencies and life-saving interventions.
100% focused on direct impact
We rely entirely on charitable contributions, community sponsorships, and grant funding. Every single dollar raised directly funds advanced training initiatives and essential programs for local Fire and EMS departments. When you support Team MPM 692 LTD, you directly invest in safer neighborhoods and better patient outcomes.
"Better trained first responders equal safer communities and more lives saved. Giving our local heroes the advanced skills they need is the best way to honor Mason's memory."
